Came with a large hole in the back seam

So my son is walking around with a hole in the middle of the heel of his sweatpants where the seam wasn't sewn properly around the tag and quickly came undone when he tried to putting your finger in the little hole on the tag on Christmas morning, thinking that he would do better, not worse. Our first year was driving out of town for the holidays and on Christmas Eve the cold front came so he walked around with a hole in his ass just like his sister new crimsons from the same line hole in ass mid crotch for the same reason. The seam was not sewn correctly. We had trouble getting the wrong color for another one of my kids, my sweatshirt was larger than my two older kids but only in name as the fit was exactly the same as their smaller ones, pant legs MUCH larger on all of these pants than in years past, the waistband of everyone, both children and adults, is much larger than usual, and the pant legs are delicately long this year, even with regular-length pants. Mention that half of the fleece's softness has shown through the wash and dry cycle of the first two washes and already feels like they're a few months old on the inside. By the way, the line of Hanes Eco-Fleece sweatshirts and pants sucks this year. We've been wearing them as a family of 6 for about 8 years. Zippered sweatshirts (the zippers are now sharp and we often get cut arms), sweatshirts and pants. This will be the last year. we buy every one of them.
