I was told that for about $12 I would have to order the entire arm/mount.

All I needed was a screw/bolt to attach it to the boat mount, the plastic pull handle broke. I was told that for about $12 I had to order the entire arm/mount that the screw came with. I did exactly that, the arm/mount was too wide for my locator so I used a 50 cent screw from that with my old mount. Next time I'll just go to the local hardware store.
