I bought a Hatley raincoat and matching boots for my 2 year old grandson. I ordered a 3T thinking it might wear a sweater under a coat but was very disappointed with how small the sizing actually is. It seemed small on the shoulders and not as long as I expected. He loved frogs and matching boots. I just thought the overall quality isn't as impressive as the price. I don't think I will order Hatley products again.
