My original review said one of the parts was defective. The seller sent a working replacement part. Good customer service. Now the actual rating: Good mop! Smart design, works as advertised. However, the instructions are not clear. It took me 15 minutes to figure out how it works - to save you time I've posted the guide below. Once you get the hang of it, it's actually very easy to use. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: 1. Fill the solution tank (the square hole next to the detergent pump) with water. Add concentrated cleaner to a detergent pump bottle (only holds 1-2 ounces). Pump the detergent into the solution tank - this is now the cleaning solution you will use to clean the floors.2. Add the cleaning solution to the middle reservoir (the one where the mop will be immersed) by turning the knob in the direction of the arrows/wavy lines. The longer you turn the knob, the more solution is added to the tank and the more the surface of the mop gets wet from left to right. This will be useful when you use the mop.3. Select how much water you want to "squeeze" out of the mop head by turning the knob over the pattern of water droplets. The three-drop setting gives you a wet mop. The "one drop" setting gives you a wetted mop head.4. Insert the mop into the slot. (If it is already damp, it will be wrung out; the dirty water will drain into the lighter bucket below.) When the mop cover is fully inserted, it will soak up the cleaning solution. Pull out the mop, which will push the mop out again.6. Clean the floor. Repeat steps 4-5.
