Bought for my son for Christmas a few weeks ago. He opened the package and saw that the white quadcopter was dirty and obviously used. As stated in the instructions, replacement blades and charging cables were not included. One of the blades kept popping out and not closing. My poor son was so excited to try out his drone which he couldn't do due to broken and missing parts (mainly the charging cable). VERY dissatisfied with this device and company. Selling a used, dirty, broken and half missing drone/product to anyone is unacceptable. My child has been wanting a drone for Christmas for months, finally got it and it's junk. It is not possible to call anyone at this company for assistance and/or the exchange process. So very disappointed! One star is too many!
