I was a bit skeptical that they came in the mail thinking they were too small to be useful. I'm pretty good at cleaning my car and making my own batch. I took one of these bad guys into my bobbin case, which was obviously clean, and ran it over the inside corner. I couldn't believe how much this tiny head could lift! But then I noticed how dirty it was and for the price I started questioning the value. So I washed it with my fingers with dish soap and found that it stood up very well. I'm not sure how many washes these little tools can handle, but I think I can get 4 uses of each, and that makes this a must. If you're standing on a fence, take the plunge.
