Initial order placed on July 27th. The item was delivered in a defective condition. The inner bullseye ring got stuck under the outer bullseye ring and all the plates were loose. The item was returned and reordered. The second dartboard arrived in flimsy retail packaging with no outer protective packaging. The sales packaging was damaged and opened. One of the doors was open. Upon inspection, the board was undamaged and all parts were still in the box, so we took delivery. To this day the dartboard is working perfectly, except that the electronics hung up and in one case an error message was displayed. We had to investigate the error online and follow a series of troubleshooting steps to get the board working again. The darts seem to bounce a lot and the dart tips often need to be replaced as they often bend and break. Original Arachnid dart tips are too expensive, so we ordered a generic brand at a much lower price. Common baits are just as good as Arachnid baits, which tend to break a lot. At this point I'm not sure the board will last long and the short 30 day return policy on this product falls short.
