This is a very comfortable work chair. That's good news. The bad news is that the leather upholstery is of very poor quality. The skin itself feels very comfortable and smooth. However, the skin is so thin that after a little over two and a half years it started to "wear out”. The skin is so cracked that it's not particularly repairable, if at all. See photo. This is another company that strives to produce a quality product whose quality is literally only determined by the skin - or a very thin layer of skin - deeply. Do not purchase this product if you expect it to last more than two years. UPDATE: November 2016 - More and more skin is peeling off in various places (much more than in last year's photo). The chair has probably taken its rightful place: in the front, in a rubbish heap, after a short and ailing 3.5 years of use. RIP (rest in pieces).
