Best universal programming cable

I programmed my Midland MXT400, WLN KD-C1, Retevis RT76P and Motorola CP200. Installing the drivers is a bit fiddly. I copied the files to my desktop. The file CH341-2014SER.EXE is a compressed file, just change the extension from EXE to ZIP and then unzip it.
