Unfortunately, my experience with QJZ's customer support was not satisfying, despite the fact that I recently purchased some bearings from the company. I had some technical inquiries regarding the merchandise, but the member of the team who answered the phone acted as though they had no interest in assisting me in any way. They responded to my inquiries in a hurried manner and didn't appear to have a lot of expertise regarding the products they were selling. When I got the bearings in the mail, I discovered that they were not of the quality that I had anticipated, and they did not work as well for the application as I had thought they would. When I called up QJZ's customer service department to inquire about returning an item, I was placed on hold for an extended period of time, and my letters remained unanswered for a number of days. After a long wait, I was eventually able to speak to a representative, but they didn't seem particularly interested in assisting me, and I was frustrated by their lack of empathy and comprehension. The procedure for returning the item was drawn out, and in the end, I was required to pay for return delivery, which was an unanticipated cost. In general, I had a poor experience with QJZ's customer support, and as a result, I would be hesitant to recommend their products or services to other people. Their products may be of a high standard, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired despite the fact that they pay little attention to it.
