Difficulty changing modbus address and baud rate without document support

Purchased version of this dB meter for modbus. By default, the device is set to baud rate 4800 bps and address 1. Tried to get the supplier to change the baud rate and modbus address, but no response. Taidacent is not serious about doing business in the US. I will never buy anything from Taidacent again.
