Great quality product.

I work in at an aquafarm and part of my job is to shuck oysters. Literally shucked around 50 bushel since buying these knives and haven't had any issues at all. Would recommend this product to anyone who wants to shuck at home, or commercially.

The Secure Oyster Shucking Kit is not suitable for beginners and may be difficult to use for those with little to no experience in shucking oysters
