I bought this scrub to get rid of the terrible cellulite on my arms and legs. I only use it once a day in the shower. I usually use a bath brush to rub the scrub into my legs and arms in circular motions. I can definitely say that my buds are shrinking after just a few weeks of using this material. Tip: If it says not to touch damaged or newly shaved skin, don't! How damn painful! I'll be buying a second container soon!
