Good idea for Turbo Volvo 7/9 series.

Actually used on a 1994 Volvo 940 Turbo as standard bypass valve blocks flow in (and out of) the heater core and block coolant flow back to the rear of the cylinder head. This simply redirects flow back to the head, bypassing the heater core and helping eliminate hot spots in and around #4 cylinder.
