Review on Shinmax Bike Helmet for Men and Women with USB Charging Light and Sun Visor – Ideal Mountain and Road Cycling Helmet (Bc-025) by Elijah Pope

Finally, as an environmentally conscious cyclist who sometimes pedals for hours at night to get to his destination, I'm interested in bike helmets with a rechargeable rear light to improve safety by raising the light to the rider's eye level without having to replace it regularly a non-environmentally friendly way. Clean batteries. Overview: The included black standard micro USB cable is short, but can easily be replaced with a longer retractable white micro USB cable for photography. When connected as shown in the diagram, the top half of the taillight will be red for the first 20 minutes required for a full charge, after which the indicator will be green (see Photo 1-2). At a full weight (with visor attached) of 267g (photo #3), this bike helmet performed better than the Ultralight at 300g. Additionally, the fast-flashing 20-hour battery life surpassed the online spec of 7 hours and the full Recharging from a full discharge was faster than the published spec of 3 hours in just 1 hour. What could be improved is adding charging instructions in the "user manual" for those who received this helmet as a gift and do not have internet access to read this review and view photos of the charging process. In conclusion, I give an overall rating of 5 stars because, despite the incomplete instructions, this bike helmet has a good construction, exceeds the advertised performance and therefore exceeds my expectations.
