It was a direct, easy replacement!
I installed this fuel pump on a 2001 Chevy S10 4.3 ZR2. The pickup platform was removed, the original dead fuel pump removed and this TOPSCOPE fuel pump installed. Quickly. Light. I soldered the connections to the transmitter block. Directions were good. The engine started straight away.
