Revant interchangeable lenses: not quite what you need

So you have an Oakley crankcase and want to change your lenses? Revenant will cover you - most of the time. These emerald green MirrorShield polarized lenses certainly look smart in their frame, but unfortunately they fell short in several key categories. First, the fit was a bit off - the lenses felt too high and didn't fully snap in like the original lenses. It wasn't a deal breaker, but it did make me a little wary of relying on these interchangeable lenses for extended use. Second, while the polarized aspect reduced glare, I found the hue to be quite dark - almost too dark for outdoor activities like hiking and biking. Maybe it's just a matter of personal preference, but I prefer lenses that combine sun protection with visibility. All in all these lenses did their job - replacing my old scratched lenses and providing some much needed UV protection. But they didn't quite live up to my expectations and I may try other brands in the future before I choose Revant again.
