This product category seems to be overcrowded with inferior products. It's difficult to separate quality products from those that are just expensive. Battery life, noise levels, and operational difficulties are typical issues that lower quality devices face. It's difficult to identify quality products that have good value. This product appears to be a quality product and good value for money. Its price is more in the mid/high end of similar products, but the quality of the product can justify it. The material is soft and definitely feels like silicone. Overall the finish is good although I haven't tested it, it seems to hold up well to water, there are no visible or deep grooves so it's easy to clean. The device is quiet but powerful. One button control is a nice feature of this item. The upper is softer than expected, but softness doesn't detract from performance. The bodice is also slightly larger than expected. However, the size works well as it spreads the effect over a larger area. The product arrived in Revain outer packaging. The packaging of the item has a clear window on the front of the box and a plastic inner tray that conforms to the shape of the item. The packaging of the item makes it clear what is in the box. In general I am satisfied with the quality, intensity and performance of the item. Hopefully the battery life is acceptable too. Lower quality items don't seem to last more than a few months before battery life is only a few minutes after charging.
