If I could rate this item with a -1, I would, I ordered this item on November 4th. What I actually got wasn't a humidifier, it was a part of something, a little black motor. I have returned the product and as of today, January 31, 2021 I have not received a refund. I am currently in the process of working with Amazon to get my refund back. I would like to add while calling to clarify the gentleman I spoke to was very nice but I couldn't understand a word he was saying his accent was too heavy I found myself saying Saying "yes" and "okay" just to get a refund. While he was processing my refund he asked me to stay on the phone with him, I thought it was a reasonable request OMG. I was on standby for at least 45 minutes. I wasn't expecting that when I called. I really think Amazon should have some sort of monitoring system in place so customers can make sure they're getting their refunds back in a timely manner.
