After 3 years of trying pretty much everything from my mare's sweet itch, a product that works. I can't even believe it. It should be used early in the season, before the itching gets the better of you, and must also be used daily. But you don't have to apply a lot. I apply it every evening before she turns off for the night. During the day it is kept indoors, so I don't use it then. Last summer her stomach was inflamed and she bit herself profusely to relieve the itching. This causes their midline to become inflamed and bleed. Now she leaves him alone. Very happy with this product. I live in Pennsylvania next to a forest and a creek so these tiny cullicoids are awful.
