This cable is good in terms of durability BUT I would like to make another choice because it has many other unforeseen defects. The clamp is quite heavy so it puts pressure on my dog's collar which causes the leash to go right under his feet which knocks him off his feet. Also, the clip was too thick to attach through the end of the spring system as I wanted during my air run, so I had to route the spacer somehow. Also, the dark color is quite dangerous because you can hardly see the leash on the ground which can knock you off your feet and other people can't easily see that the dog is chained so it looks like he has himself solved.
