I've been using it for years to avoid aluminum in conventional deodorants. I was also allergic to a different manufacturer's roll-on deodorant, but that didn't cause any problems. However, one thing is impractical to spray on IMO. So I bought one of the hard crystal stones from the same manufacturer which is the same as this one but in hard stone. The stone is designed to be used by pouring water over it and then rubbing the stone under the armpit. But I combine the two by spraying the stone and then rubbing it into my armpit. This makes the stones last for several years, so not much money is wasted. Approximately every six months, irregularities appear on the surface of the rock, causing inconveniences. But I sand them with fine sandpaper. This combination gets the job done and costs a lot less per year than traditional roll-on deodorant because one bottle lasts a long time.
