Not thrilled with the initial smell but will get better with time. I live in a hot desert environment so this style helps my feet stay cool outside. I will add or subtract one more star depending on how this charge lasts in a month or three. October 4, 2021 I wear this to work almost every day and the smell is long gone. I'm adding another star because I can't find sandals of this quality and look that would qualify for an office setting...yet.
