I purchased this mat in February 2018 on the recommendation of a friend who uses it in her Reiki practice with high customer satisfaction. I've been in the medical field for 23 years and I work hard by lifting weights for a few days. I was always hurt and hurt. I've also had some minor thyroid and hormone health issues over the years. There aren't enough words to describe how beautiful this rug is! I sleep on it every night. Sometimes the mat is removed at night (but it still offers amazing benefits). Some nights the heat is low. I reserved the high temperature settings for my powerful sleep. I feel less head foggy, less sluggish and much better overall! My doctor has had to reduce the amount of thyroid medication I take. I also lost just over 30 pounds! (Been 10 months since I had the carpet). I'm sure the cost may put some off, but you only get one body, one life. Consider your health an investment!
