To be honest I didn't know there was anything special about these flat back earrings. It's awesome! Comfortable - I can sleep on this side and my earrings don't bother me. Stylish - very cute and shiny, 4 different sizes. Functionality - I like that both ends (the earring and the flat back) are unscrewable which makes insertion easier. The only reason I don't give it a 5 is because the very small ones are difficult to screw in, I honestly couldn't get them in after an hour of trying. The little ones got in easily, maybe they were too small. I definitely like them a lot!
