Very durable.

I'm using this for a small mirrorless camera over a desktop monitor. I needed some flexibility as the monitor had a stand right in the middle and didn't want to use an aftermarket stand. Amazingly durable and I would recommend it to anyone looking for flexibility with their camera mounts.

Pros

This magic lever with interlocking control knobs to release or increase tension that can provide movement in any position.
