With 1/4" thread on both ends to install any on-camera flash lights, microphone,LCD monitor,DV Monitor, microphone on one end and other accesorries. Slightly smaller than expected

Slightly smaller than expected It will work fine just a little less than I thought Thankfully it doesn't carry a heavy camera.

Very durable.

I'm using this for a small mirrorless camera over a desktop monitor. I needed some flexibility as the monitor had a stand right in the middle and didn't want to use an aftermarket stand. Amazingly durable and I would recommend it to anyone looking for flexibility with their camera mounts.
