I wanted a turntable because I saw vinyl coming back. After a long time I saw it and thought it looked good and it had decent reviews so I bought it for my birthday. I was a bit surprised when I received it, it weighed a lot less than I expected. So I was expecting a bad cheap product with terrible sound quality. I gladly admit that I was wrong. It looks good and has decent sound quality for just under $50. I like the fact that the controls are on the top instead of on the side and everything is clear enough. Hitchhiking is also helpful. The platform isn't entirely level as you can see in the video, but this doesn't affect the sound quality or playback quality. With a brand new record he played it perfectly, no problem. Recommended for those who just want to play their old records out of nostalgia as you can't connect a Bluetooth headset or speakers to it, they have to be wired (a little disappointing I know but hey what do you expect from a budget device) .
