I can't judge the sound quality because I don't know how to deal with it. Okay I bought this product thinking it was a great converter at a really good price. Remember the saying, you get what you pay for. Well the product looks good but they don't tell you beforehand where to see that this product DOES NOT WORK WITH MAC CATALINA. Who have not yet updated their product to work with Catalina. Those who do not post this information AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE go to the page to learn more about the product. After receiving the product I went back and scrolled all the way down to practically the bottom of the page to see that it ONLY works with Mac OS 10.11 - 10.14, mine is 10.15 of course. Who makes a product with a thin operating system? As far as I could find there isn't much help on the Ion website. Their advice: don't upgrade until you've developed a product that runs on 64-bit machines. A bit late for that as everyone on the planet updated to at least 10.15 two years ago. I am very disappointed and will not buy from this company again. If anyone has a solution to this problem I would like to know what it is. Many Thanks
