Revainrating 5 out of 5

Just unbelievable! I love this vacuum cleaner/mop. Highly recommended.

This vacuum cleaner is amazing! All floors in my house are wood/laminate, no carpet. I've had the vacuum cleaner for 3 days now. On the first run it mapped our house and sucked at the same time (see attached image - it looks a bit like a Millennium Falcon - and yes we have a round house). As you can see from the picture, he avoided our sofa (a white L-shaped space he can't get under) and other items on the floor. It's amazing to see how it bypasses chair legs, bedposts and other items on the floor, carving a path for effective lighting throughout the home. It kind of reminds me of R2D2 as it rotates in different directions. I strongly recommend that you "reset" the card on first boot. Out of the box, mine showed a partial map when I first turned it on and let it charge. If you reset the map, it will disappear and redraw your floor plan to show the entire house. Vacuuming (mopping the floor, discussed later) works very well on the T10+. After playing around with the suction power, I settled on a strong one, but it still works well even on a low setting. Especially on hard floors. I run in sleep mode in the morning when the family is still awake. The higher the suction level, the louder the vacuum, but even with the Max I would equate it to slightly less noise than our regular handheld vacuum (which we no longer need to use). One of my dogs sheds and she picks up her fur easily. . The rest of the dogs are hypoallergenic, so they don't shed. However, it cleans a shedder's coat well. In terms of mopping we have 5 dogs so we get a lot of dirt/drool/dirty paw prints on the floor. That's why we don't have carpet ;) I haven't had a chance to clean up the dirt yet, but I'll try to post a video when I do. I've found that I need to use the "High Water" setting for the mopping settings in order for there to be enough water on the floor to effectively mop the floors. But he cleans well. I use a reusable "cloth" mopping pad, just rinse after each use and let dry. I haven't tried the disposable pads that come with the kit. For my house, I have to change the water once while cleaning the whole house. I forgot how big the water tank is, but it's very easy to fill it up and pause the vacuum during the process. It takes about 90 minutes to do it. The vacuum cleaner does not need to be charged at all during the cleaning cycle. I have used it several times to choose a room to clean. This is a really neat feature. The round dots on my house map are chairs, table legs, and bed supports. The lines you see on the floor plan are the path the vacuum took to clean. I made sure to keep the cords clear of the floor so the unit wouldn't get caught on them. He tries to cross them directly if they are not near the wall. It's very stubborn. I even have a few spots where I have about 1/2 inch transitions at floor level and it easily goes over them (see video). I love how the vacuum scans the house or rooms you walk into with every vacuum or mopping. clean every time. It first checks the perimeter to set the boundaries of where it will be cleared. Sometimes I have a bed or two dogs lying around somewhere and she can avoid it when she's there and clean the same spot when she's not there. I've used the remote a few times just to test and it's very nice. At one point I used it to sweep a mop back and forth over dried dog saliva and it took a couple of runs to get it off. The remote control is very easy to use, but I like to tell her to clean up and work on her own. I haven't used the scheduling features yet, but I like that they're there. It's also amazing how every time he returns to base, the cleaned contents are automatically poured into the main unit's pouch. I'll try to remind myself to update how long I've been using it before I have to replace the bag. I know there are additional features that I haven't used that haven't been discussed here, but I really like this vacuum and I highly recommend it.
