is exactly what I need, although I wasn't able to measure what I was using it for before ordering. Just connect 2 clips together to make it work. When you order be aware that these are pretty small hose clamps but still a good bit of stuff for me (lots of extras for me) at a pretty low price and always remember you open them up and put more than one in can together to use them on big tubes. I used it to attach a drinking bottle holder to the suspension fork of my e-bike.
