I like that it has all of my travel information in one place-it's very organized! It could be more user friendly but as long as you know what to do this program works great!! No problems with the software at this time. We are utilizing our own personal account so we don't have any issues or complaints about anyone else using the system. Great website/tool if utilized correctly. You should definitely consider adding an internal portal (customized) for ease of use by agents when traveling within their offices. Our office utilizes this tool daily during business hours while working outstation which helps keep us on task without having to go through multiple steps each day before logging into work.
