I have Psoriatic Arthritis. I have used hot paraffin wax on my hands and feet but the confusion from using it on my feet was terrible. I find this to be a much better solution for my feet. I usually smear my feet with Aquaphor, then Plastic Foot Coating, Segbeauty Paraffin Liners, 200 Count Plastic Pro Cozies Paraffin Bath Liners for Hands and Feet, Wax Therapy Bags, and then put my feet in these bags. Heat works wonders for pain. and when i use a lotion or ointment they do wonders to moisturize my feet. If I could think of something like that, I'd have an elasticated cuff at the top to better keep warm. I would also have a more sensitive temperature control. It can go from being comfortable to being stingy very easily. However, I use them almost daily and appreciate the pain relief.
