I like how this solution works by breaking down complex business cases into their smallest elements, making it easier for me as an Account Executive and Account Manager. This helps me create more strategic proposals that are easier for my clients to understand and execute. The interface could be better - and it would likely make it a little faster too! That was not a deal breaker or anything of this sort. It is perfect, if your clients are looking to increase conversion and engagement with automated pricing tactics - which we definitely have- than this product is worth seriously considering. This is extremely effective to use in conjunction, with Salesforce's Chatter feature, because you can then track all pricing campaigns in one place! The system allows us to create automated campaigns from our Sales Prospect lists and then measure conversions from them immediately after they're up. It has made the process of determining pricing very clear and straightforward. The customer service was great, their team are always willing to help. They have a lot of resources at there disposal and are able to implement solutions quickly. We needed someone who could implement our solution quickly as we were in a rush to get going. I would definitely recommend them. I can't think of any problems we had but maybe if you're looking for something more customised then this might not be right for you. Pricing our products so we can charge the correct price.
