feels heavy, turns smoothly
Good finish/coating on hinge, turns smoothly. I haven't tested it at or near its limit, it looks like it can handle a lot of weight. I have a luggage compartment in my garage and use a ceiling mounted harbor winch to lift heavy things. Safer than climbing a ladder and holding onto it. The cable on the winch wants to twist a bit when it's retracted, and that allows me to easily keep the storage box in one alignment so it doesn't hit the wall when lifting. I would buy again.
