I ordered this holder for my iPhone 6s in a case and it holds it very well. The reset button works perfectly. I have a cup holder mount because my 2005 F 150 just doesn't have a flat, smooth surface. I doubted how durable this phone holder would be in the cup holders that slide out from under the dash. There's a plastic tray that slides out with two spring-loaded arms that hold a cup, bottle, etc., which works well for this purpose. After tightening, the base of the phone holder is pretty solid. Holds very well in a normal cup holder. I live in the California foothills and ride twisty, often bumpy gravel roads and this holder holds up. I would definitely buy again.
