This product is incredibly difficult to review as it is an unusual process for an ice cream maker. Let me be frank that he actually does everything that is said and nothing about the process is hidden from the company. For me it's more of a mixture of blender and mixer. In fact, you make "ice cream" in advance and freeze it for 24 hours. Then put it in the machine to make ice cream, gelato or sorbet. Maybe it's a little better than my Vitaminix for that purpose, but I'm not sure if it's enough to take up counter space, which is a bit more expensive in my kitchen. I have more standard ice cream. a manufacturer that requires me to freeze the bowl for 8-12 hours and then pour the custard into the bowl and the machine does the rest. Updates from conventional manufacturers. As for sorbets, it's probably better to service a high-speed blender and call it good. In the long run, a blender has far more utility than frozen treats. So it does exactly what it promises to do, and does it well. I just think the other options (blender and regular ice cream maker) will serve you better in the long run.
