Great start

I bought direct from Ninja for faster shipping and omg yummy! I made 3 pints in 3 days and can't wait to experiment with other flavors. I'm vegan so I'll stick to the "basic recipe" and taste as desired. 2 fingers up!

Brilliant! for small appliances

I love this machine. I mix unsweetened plant-based milk, fruit, and a little honey or maple syrup to make the creamiest ice cream I've ever tasted. This is the absolute winner! I usually have to run it twice to get that consistency, but it's so easy to make!

Really good ice cream

We bought this elsewhere but it was so good I wanted to review it. Recipes usually contain fewer than 5-6 ingredients and are easy to prepare. Before making ice cream, the mixture must be frozen for 12-24 hours. But the taste and just knowing what you are eating makes it worth it. We made ice cream, coconut milk ice cream, sorbet. everything is delicious.

That thing is impressive!

I bought this after a demo and am very happy with this product! I wanted to be able to make ice cream with some substitutes so there are fewer carbs. The recipes are easy to follow and I was able to adapt them easily. The machine turns frozen mix into smooth ice in minutes! I mixed cinnamon and apple pie for an amazing fall flavor. I also made pistachios. Highly recommended!

It works, but not your typical ice cream maker.

This product is incredibly difficult to review as it is an unusual process for an ice cream maker. Let me be frank that he actually does everything that is said and nothing about the process is hidden from the company. For me it's more of a mixture of blender and mixer. In fact, you make "ice cream" in advance and freeze it for 24 hours. Then put it in the machine to make ice cream, gelato or sorbet. Maybe it's a little better than my Vitaminix for that purpose, but I'm not sure if it's enough…

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Somewhat service friendly

Diabetics can now enjoy ice cream

I have a cuisinart ice cream maker that needs a frozen bowl. Tried and returned Simac IL ice cream with built in compressor and from 2 other manufacturers who needed a freezer bowl. This cream is my favorite. I mean just 3.5 minutes including breather to get the frozen dessert as creamy as the Simac supercharged model which is good too but takes 40 minutes to start with cold liquid. All others, including the model with the built-in compressor, all give good results, but the ice always starts to

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Expensive insurance

LEGAL sorbet only with fruit? Incredible

This is an ice cream maker. So it's not a bowl and rotor freezer, it's a powerful blender (but NOT a blender!) that turns frozen ingredients into ice cream or sorbet. I have to say this made the BEST SORBET EVER from scratch from the start. Wait, fresh pineapple. I cut half a fresh pineapple. I diced it and pressed it into a quart container (I used a mold to "tamp”, i.e. created a dense, flat, evenly frozen mass of pineapple. I froze it overnight. I adjusted the spatula and pressed as directed”
