LEGAL sorbet only with fruit? Incredible

This is an ice cream maker. So it's not a bowl and rotor freezer, it's a powerful blender (but NOT a blender!) that turns frozen ingredients into ice cream or sorbet. I have to say this made the BEST SORBET EVER from scratch from the start. Wait, fresh pineapple. I cut half a fresh pineapple. I diced it and pressed it into a quart container (I used a mold to "tamp”, i.e. created a dense, flat, evenly frozen mass of pineapple. I froze it overnight. I adjusted the spatula and pressed as directed” SORBET" on It's Loud (see video) but after about five minutes I had a pint of slightly crumbly but delicious sorbet that smoothed out as I scooped it into a bowl. The texture and flavor were nothing short of fabulous and of course I can't eat ice cream often as it's increasing BUT I can definitely eat pineapple and it's absolutely the way to eat frozen dessert without eating more "sin" than my allowable daily serving of sweets, I can't wait for this at my next dinner party and see my guests really enjoy it HIGHLY RECOMMEND, especially for sorbet ice cream recipes (full fat) often use a plum block of cream cheese. I'm not a fan of it. Yes, it has the milkfat you need. But there are many other things about American cream cheese that you might not want in ice cream. I admit it's quick and easy. In terms of features, the "One Touch” settings are: Sorbet, Gelato, Lite Ice Cream, Ice Cream, Smoothie Bowl, and Milkshake. So even if you don't try Straciatella Gelato, you can make acai blueberry bowls or frozen protein shakes. On the other hand, it's nice to have a way to make sorbet - we use it as a 'cleansing aroma' between courses at gourmet dinners, and it's fun to serve a scoop of mint basil apple sorbet before the grilled ribs arrive. Table. How well does it work? Well, there's a surprising amount of prep work to do before you turn on CREAMi, and that will freeze your ice cream ingredients into cubes so you can start stamping your creation. Therefore, you must have a freezer and create a freezer room. This can be a problem for side-by-side fridge-freezers, whose geometric shape is always unwieldy, no matter what food you put inside. CREAMi includes 3 pint containers for freezing ingredients, preparing and then storing frozen creations. This includes frozen fruit. While a blender like Vitamix, Blendtec, or Ninja Chef can take frozen peaches and make sorbet, Ninja CREAM CANNOT use frozen fruit as is. They need to be crushed and frozen to make the cube the precursor to your sorbet or ice cream. You get half a liter of the product, you can freeze the container, and then shake it again. You can also use the MIX-IN setting, but it grinds your ingredients so you have to use whole walnut halves, pecan halves, or large chocolate chips, and you can't mix them into jam or Nutella. But you can do it with a spatula, so no big deal. Summary: CREAMi makes the absolute BEST fruit sorbet (they only recommend a few fruits depending on density and fiber, however pineapple, banana and I think maybe peach) or you can make sundae which is better than frozen porridge Vitamix and so on so good like an ice maker with freezer compartment (with freezer compartment and motorized stirrer). NO, and you'd better read the manual before trying to make Honey Vanilla Baked Apple Ice Cream. And honestly, I think there has to be a test followed by a certification that you're allowed to use in order for CREMi to work. And the flight plan. Not easy to use but not complicated IF YOU FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS. If you are a freestyle fan this might not be for you.
