I like how we can easily work with other agencies, which makes it easier when looking into different projects across multiple clients (and industries). It's also not as strict about deadlines or budgets than some competing firms in our industry; however this gives us more flexibility over things such as timeframes etc. There are times where there isn't much clarity around what exactly needs done but they make sure you understand everything well before commencing any project so all parties know their roles clearly beforehand - no problems here! Some departments have been closed within VCO now though my colleagues who had previously worked under them moved onto another department instead.
