I got these knives as a replacement for the crappy Rachel Ray knives we used. They are bright, beautiful and easy to use. Did I mention how spicy they are? The day after I received them, we had a party. After washing them, I used the knife on the left side to slice a medium-clean breast in half, leaving only one slice. It was as smooth as a warm knife cutting through frozen butter. I was shocked! For the price I expected them to be ok but not that good. With the knife on the right I cut strawberries for the same party. Would recommend to anyone who needs new knives!
