I bought this product because it seemed easy to use and had a built in wax ring. My toilet flange is above the tile so try it on according to the instructions and if the toilet wobbles remove the inner black part. The toilet rocked so I took it off as instructed. He squeezed the seal as hard as he could, but the toilet still wouldn't flush. Removed the device and cleaned the wax, installed the toilet as a test without seals and it sat like a rock in the surf. I believe the flange of the unit was high enough that the toilet wasn't flush. Back to using the wax seal. This would probably work fine with a sit toilet floor flange, but according to the ad, adjusting the product would have worked in my situation. The construction feels solid so maybe adding a bottom flange for a toilet would be great.
