If I could give this headset 10 stars I would! I've been using this headset for almost 3 weeks and only had to charge it 3 times. The charge level dropped to 30% and I didn't want to take any risks if it ran out of power! The volume can be adjusted very easily. The sound clarity is excellent. I use this headset most of the day for work (work from home) and then when talking to family/friends after work. It's great to be able to walk around the house, cook, clean, clean and have both hands free! I don't have a big house so being able to walk from one end to the other without having a cell phone with me is great! So if you need a Bluetooth headset for work or play, this is for you! I even persuaded my sister to buy one and she loves it. We can't understand why years ago we never thought of buying blue tooth headsets!
