Bought for my niece and she loves it. She is 9 years old and has not brushed her teeth long enough. This toothbrush has helped her improve her brushing habits. She liked the built in colored blink timer and the fact that the toothbrush vibrated; although she wanted the toothbrush head to rotate like her previous other brand toothbrushes. She has had this toothbrush for two months now and all of a sudden it stopped working. It has never been submerged in water, dropped etc. We installed new expensive batteries and it still doesn't work. We contacted the seller today hoping that the problem can be solved because she really loves this toothbrush. Also a great product. Hopefully ours was just defective and can be fixed by the seller. UPDATE: The seller quickly resolved the issue. We are very happy! Thank you!
