Perfect fit! I got my nose pierced a few years ago and never knew the new caliber of my piercing. So when I bought the 20g nose rings, they kept falling out and I lost them. This 18g is perfect. The stone is not too big and adds some sparkle especially when you are in the sun/light. 40 grand should last me for a while and you can't beat the price!
