Review on ZOSI 16Channel Security Surveillance Detection by Steve Fields

I would give it five stars if the quick start guide that came with it was more detailed. Replaced my Q-See DVR with Zosi when Q-See went bankrupt and remote viewing was no longer possible. Easy installation under the circumstances, but most of all I praise the customer support, especially in China. I had some problems with the remote display and the easiest way to solve them was communicating via email. I worked with "Bill" who always responded quickly to my inquiries with detailed messages and links so I could resolve the issue. If you are looking for an average surveillance system on the market, I don't want to waste my arms and legs I would recommend this product.
