Poor Quality and Service for Customers (CGBOOM):

I was recently let down by CGBOOM, a website that boasts an unrivaled variety of kitchen and home goods as well as seasonal decorations. My interactions with them were not positive, so I can't endorse their business. The quality of the items I ordered was the first thing that let me down. I was taken aback when the set of kitchen tools I purchased broke apart after only a few uses due to poor construction. A piece of furniture I ordered also came broken despite being carefully packaged. I tried to get in touch with their customer support department about these problems, but they were rude and unhelpful when I did. The customer service representatives were impolite and unhelpful, making it obvious that they had no desire to address my issues. Moreover, despite CGBOOM's extensive product selection, the website is poorly organized and difficult to browse. The search function does not assist you find what you need, and it is difficult to navigate. As a whole, CGBOOM was a huge letdown for me. Their website is poorly designed and their customer support is slow to respond, all of which makes it hard to put any faith in them as a company. If you want something for the kitchen, the home, or the holidays, I wouldn't recommend it.
