Love love love these tables! I think three is the perfect height. My room is too small for a desk, but I'm taking all my classes online due to COVID-19, so I needed a flexible/somewhat portable solution. They're not the strongest, but they're definitely easy to put together and look so cute! Because of the height to base ratio, they tend to wobble, so I wouldn't use them for anything that might spill. They are perfect for what I need them for - my laptop takes up most of the desk space to determine the size. The shortest one is actually not as short as mentioned in other reviews and is perfect as a small coffee and snack table as it doesn't wobble as easily.
