Proxy Manager is a great tool for managing proxies.
Easy proxy management for many users. Great interface and easy to use. It can get confusing when looking at individual users though. You can create rules and groups etc, but if the number of users gets large it can become confusing to manage who has access to what. And when adding new accounts to proxy them the system will lock them until the rules are changed so that they don't accidentally share data with each other. This may help stop people doing weird things when accessing corporate resources.

- Can create rules and group users by their roles
- Good for managing access across proxies.
Cons
- It also needs to be maintained and updated often.
- Can lead to a locked account if someone forgets about a rule change.
