When I first received the package, there were holes in the box, and after taking out the parts to assemble, I found that the screws, bolts and Keys were missing. I contacted someone from the company who got back to me fairly quickly and was kind enough to let me know it was OTW and a pretty accurate estimate of when I would receive it. It's solid, sturdy, and I liked the idea of the top/bottom ribs to keep the mattress from moving (which is why I chose it over other options in this space). Metal pieces attached to the sides with metal braces so it can't slide from side to side either. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking. It should be noted that it's quite high off the ground so maybe take precautions if you have a newborn so it doesn't roll off, that's all.
